Every time you pull into the driveway, you notice it. The stain spreading across the concrete. The mildew climbing the siding. You've been meaning to call a pressure washing company. Here we are.

What We Clean
We focus exclusively on residential properties, because taking care of one home at a time means we actually care about yours.
Oil stains, tire marks, algae, and years of grime removed from concrete and asphalt surfaces. It's the most visible part of your property, and often the most neglected.
Mold, mildew, pollen, and oxidation removed from vinyl, fiber cement, brick, and painted wood siding. We match pressure and technique to your specific siding type. Never a one-size-fits-all blast.
Restore your outdoor living space. We safely clean wood decks, composite decking, and concrete or brick patios, removing algae, black staining, and weathered grime so you can actually enjoy your backyard again.
Wood, vinyl, and chain-link fences cleaned of mold, mildew, and green algae. A clean fence frames your entire property in a way that makes a bigger visual impact than most people expect.
Garage floors, retaining walls, pool surrounds, and basement window wells. If it's concrete and it's outside, we can make it look new again, safely and without damage to the underlying surface.
Some surfaces need a gentler touch. Low-pressure water combined with eco-safe solutions kills and removes mold, algae, and mildew without damage risk. Ideal for painted surfaces, soffits, and more delicate materials.
We clean the exterior face of gutters on single-story homes, removing the black "tiger stripe" streaks caused by oxidation and roof runoff. Please note: this service is available for single-story homes only, and covers the outside of gutters only, not interior gutter clearing.
Not sure if we can help? Just ask. We'll tell you straight.

We won't. And that's the point.
When you book with St. Charles Pressure Washing, you're dealing directly with the owner. A Kane County local who knows that your home is your most valuable asset, not just another ticket number. Every project gets a free site inspection first. If a surface isn't safe to clean, you'll hear it from me directly, before anything gets touched.
Most residential surfaces clean up beautifully with water and pressure alone. No chemicals needed. On the occasions where a cleaning solution makes a real difference, I use only biodegradable, eco-safe products: nothing that lingers in your soil, threatens your garden, or gives you a second thought about your kids or pets heading outside afterward.
You deal directly with the owner. No sub-contractors who don't know your property.
Free site inspection, every time. We walk the property before a single drop of water lands on it.
100% eco-safe products. Biodegradable formulas safe for lawns, gardens, kids, and pets.
Honest about what we can't do. If cleaning a surface puts it at risk, we'll say so upfront. No charge for the visit, ever.

The Process
Fill out the contact form or call us directly. Tell us what you need cleaned and we'll schedule a time to come take a look, at no charge and with no obligation.
We walk the property together, identify the safest technique for each surface, and give you a clear, honest quote. No hidden fees. No surprises on the invoice.
We show up on time, do the job right, and leave your property genuinely refreshed. Most homeowners can't believe the difference until they see it for themselves.
Our Site Survey Policy
Before any water touches any surface, we conduct a thorough free on-site survey. This isn't a formality. It's how we make sure your home looks better after we leave, not worse.
Pressure washing is powerful. In the wrong hands, or on the wrong materials, it causes real and expensive damage. Sandstone, for example, can literally disintegrate under high-pressure water. Weathered mortar between bricks can be blasted away. Older painted wood can splinter and crack. Some surfaces that look like they need a clean actually need to be treated with entirely different methods.
St. Charles Pressure Washing reserves the right to decline any job where, in our professional judgment, proceeding could damage the material being cleaned. If that's the situation, we'll explain our reasoning honestly and point you toward the right alternative if one exists. No charge for the visit, ever.
"We'd rather lose the job than damage your home. That's not a policy. It's just who we are."
